Other PARC members may be part of the committee as determined by need and/or expressed interest. To be most efficient, it is recommended that the Program Planning Committee not exceed 6 members including the co-chairs and the PARC Administrator. Sponsorship Committee
The Sponsorship Committee of the Philadelphia Area Relocation Council (PARC) is led by a chair or co-chairs who are part of the PARC Board of Directors. Other PARC members may be part of the committee as determined by need and/or expressed interest.
Responsibilities
In general, the PARC Sponsorship Committee is responsible for identifying, enlisting and supporting commercial sponsors for PARC events, including Corporate Round Tables, Spring and Fall conferences and other special events.
Sponsorship Design and Messaging
· Work with Maureen Waddington and Board to develop sponsorship levels and packages that are appealing to commercial members.
· Work with Maureen Waddington to develop theme based messaging to sponsors for each event requiring sponsorship.
Communications
· Draft and send communications to potential sponsors regarding upcoming opportunities for sponsorship.
· Answer sponsor questions regarding logistics, artwork, website listing, conference listing; Resource Directory et al.
· Make phone calls to recruit additional sponsors or follow up with prior sponsors when necessary.
· Conduct post-conference follow up to thank sponsors or respond to any questions or concerns.
Conference Planning
· Assist Maureen Waddington with the design, development, editing and printing of the Resource Directory.
· Assist Maureen Waddington with the development of the Sponsor Slide Deck to be displayed at Conferences.
· Prepare and present Sponsor Read-Out, live, at Conferences.
